Prop Trading Business Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support for our prop trading business. This role involves coordinating various tasks, maintaining trade data, and ensuring seamless execution of trades.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with MetaTrader 5, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, familiarity with AI automation tools, and coding skills related to trading algorithm development or system integration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Trade Data Management: Create and maintain trade tracking systems, track live trade data, and maintain summary statistics per strategy and pair.
    • Business Financial Dashboard Creation: Build and update a master financial dashboard for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits.
    • Trade Execution Oversight: Monitor strategies daily, ensure EAs are active, and troubleshoot trade execution issues immediately.
    • Ongoing Administrative Duties: Maintain login credentials securely, follow up on prop firm payouts and support issues, and keep records audit-ready.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5).
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
    • Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems.
    • Coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration.
