Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at OnseSource Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and opportunities through various channels, including social media, email, and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and Engagement: Conduct research to identify potential clients, engage with them through various channels, and establish relationships.
- Lead Generation Strategies: Develop and implement outbound campaigns, such as emails, calls, and social media campaigns, to generate leads.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with business partners and clients by improving current services and identifying opportunities for new services.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze lead generation metrics to improve sales strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with team members from various departments to ensure cohesive operations and service delivery.
Requirements
- A high school diploma; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
- Three to five years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or a similar role.
- High level of proficiency in lead generation software, including Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Contactout, Clay, etc.
- Experience in lead generation through online channels, especially LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong data gathering, reporting, analytics, and presentation skills.
