Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong sales background to identify, qualify, and convert potential customers into sales opportunities. This role involves researching potential clients, initiating outreach, nurturing leads through the sales funnel, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, social media, etc.).
- Initiate contact with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social media messages.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect information.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for converting leads into customers.
- Conduct product/service presentations and handle initial objections from potential clients.
- Track and report lead generation performance and conversion metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to improve outreach strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct outbound calls, cold emails, and other outreach efforts effectively.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
