About the Role:

This position will report to the Senior Manager of the Outbound Cebu Sales team and will be assigned a variety of projects and assignments. The Lead Generation Specialist collects and evaluates potential sales opportunities while assisting the Cebu Outbound Sales team in acquiring and analyzing new leads. This is the perfect role for someone with expertise in market research, data analysis, customer experience, and communication who can effectively identify target audiences.

Schedule: 100% In-Office, Night Shift LOCAL PHT

What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate potential sales opportunities and generate high-quality leads.
  • Research target markets and build/maintain a lead database.
  • Collaborate with the Outbound Cebu Sales team on lead strategies and reporting.
  • Perform data analysis, market research, and campaign optimizations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and build rapport with potential leads.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas and KPIs.
  • Solid understanding of sales pipeline management, lead nurturing, and tracking systems like CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in lead data and follow-up.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively collaborating with a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including target audience identification and market research.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, as well as advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Familiarity with lead generation strategies such as email marketing, social media campaigns, and cold outreach techniques.
  • High level of professionalism and a positive attitude, contributing to a supportive and productive workplace environment.
