Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  1. Outreach and Engagement: Contact individuals, businesses, government agencies, or public organizations through emails, phone calls, and social media platforms (LinkedIn especially) to establish and nurture connections, and eventually introduce products and/or services, setting the stage for mutually beneficial partnerships.
  2. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Research, identify, and engage with potential clients using strategies and platforms, including social media, LinkedIn (free and Sales Navigator), Facebook, and CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign). Develop and implement outbound campaigns, such as emails, calls, and social media campaigns to generate leads.
  3. Relationship Management: Establish, maintain, and nourish relationships with business partners and clients by improving current services and identifying opportunities for new services.
  4. Lead Qualification: Use consultative selling strategies in discovery calls to position the company's services as custom-fit answers to client needs, challenges, and concerns after determining the value of the prospects.
  5. Appointment Setting: Schedule prospects for follow-up calls or appointments with the sales or business development team.
  6. Performance Tracking: Forecast, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of business development projects and campaigns. Capture, report, analyze, and present lead generation metrics to improve sales strategies.
  7. CRM Management: Encode/upload, amend, maintain, and secure data in the company's CRM system. Conduct data sanitation regularly.
  8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members from different departments to ensure alignment on needs and developments for cohesive operations and service delivery.
  9. Market Insights: Stay informed about current and emerging industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to provide insights that improve the company's market stance.
  10. Achieving Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  11. Additional Duties: Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the immediate manager.
Qualifications
  1. A high school diploma (old or K-12 curriculum); a Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
  2. Three to five years of experience in lead generation, lead qualification, appointment setting, or a similar role.
  3. High level of proficiency in lead generation software (Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Contactout, Clay, etc.).
  4. Experience in lead generation through online channels, especially LinkedIn.
  5. Keen attention to detail.
  6. Very good written and spoken English skills.
  7. Strong data gathering, reporting, analytics, and presentation skills.
  8. Proactive, flexible, and adaptive.
  9. Ready remote work setup.
  10. Can start immediately.
