Sales Team Lead

The District Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving 100% of district sales targets. Key objectives include expanding district assignments, increasing the number of buying accounts, and implementing product mix selling through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree from any four-year course
• Prior experience in construction-related products can be an advantage
• Knowledgeable with a wide range of clients in the general trade (hardware stores) is an advantage
• Ability to handle existing accounts and create or open new ones
• Willingness to work full-time in the field and possess driving skills
• At least two years of supervisory experience in marketing/brand or sales environment is preferred
