We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for internal technology issues.
This role is critical to stabilizing IT operations by resolving support requests and managing user provisioning across multiple platforms.
- Provide timely and professional assistance via various channels, including phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Triage and resolve Tier 1 issues; escalate unresolved items after investigation/troubleshooting.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Teams Voice, Intune, and other platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills under pressure, with strong documentation and organizational abilities.
Requirements- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field.
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar certification.
- 2–4 years in a help desk or technical support role.
Familiarity with common SMB tools and IT infrastructure is preferred. Prior experience with device provisioning and user account administration is also desirable.
