Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.

  • This role will involve troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues efficiently, escalating and collaborating with other teams as needed.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software and SaaS solutions, with experience working with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote environment are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing expert-level support to internal stakeholders on MDM/UEM platforms.
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues promptly and professionally.
  3. Developing knowledge base articles and training materials to enhance the support process.
  4. Mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Handling escalations with urgency and professionalism.

We require the following qualifications for this position:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support (enterprise software/SaaS).
  • Strong technical expertise in VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, or IBM MaaS360.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Jira.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
