About the Role
  • This role involves providing end-user support via telephone, email, remote control, and in-person.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Responding to emails, phone calls, and instant messages from employees requesting help with computer-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical assistance to internal customers.
  2. Learn the functions and back-end of Tyler's applications and corporate software.
  3. Aid the management team in conceptualizing updates and upgrades.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An associate's degree in computer science or equivalent experience/certification.
  • Demonstrated or previous experience installing, configuring, and supporting operating systems, PCs, printers, and other hardware.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment.
