IT Service Desk Specialists play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within an organization. This position involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality technical support to consumers at various levels.
Responsibilities- Monitor and manage personal and team queue incidents, request ticketing systems, and ensure timely updates for consumers.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
- Provide advanced technical assistance and support to employees on software and hardware-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with experience in working as an IT Service Provider.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in resolving complex Software and Hardware issues.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 suite.
- Experience in using service desk ticketing tools.
- ServiceNow expertise is highly valued.
