IT Technical Specialist">

As an IT Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting internal staff and external clients with their computer systems, networks, and software applications.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, performing maintenance and updates, and providing user training as needed to ensure seamless operation of our technological infrastructure.

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via email, phone, or in-person interactions.">
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows PCs, Macs, smartphones, tablets, and printers.">
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating system images.">
  • Configure and administer network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.">
  • Perform backup and recovery procedures for servers and desktops.">
  • Train end-users on how to use software applications and basic computing concepts.">
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for emergency response to critical issues.">

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or significant prior experience working in IT support.">
  • An understanding of networking principles, protocols, and standards.">
  • Familiarity with enterprise software suites, including Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, and Google G Suite.">
  • Working knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.">
  • Programming knowledge is a plus: Languages such as C++, Python, HTML, CSS, PHP.">
