Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services to our clients.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions to resolve their issues. Your expertise in VOIP technology, networking hardware and software will be invaluable in this role.

In addition to providing technical support, you will also be responsible for recommending network hardware, software and design elements to our clients. Your ability to troubleshoot and repair RingCentral's solutions will be critical in resolving complex technical issues.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of technical concepts. If you have a keen eye for detail and are able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of VOIP, networking and telecommunications
  • Strong customer service orientation
