Job Description:

The Interdivision Automation Task Force (IATF) requires a skilled professional to design future-proof solutions that automate, consolidate, and simplify manual processes for better operational efficiencies. The successful candidate will recommend solutions across towers, articulate design considerations, security requirements, transaction flows, and benefit roadmaps.

The Solutions Architect will map Demand Stories/User Stories and Idea Canvas into feature solutions within High-Level Designs. They will create Project Cost Estimates and High-Level Project Timelines based on provided High-Level Designs. Additionally, they will participate in IATF Tower cadences, provide solution architecture inputs, and guide Solution Designers and Developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing future-proof solutions to automate, consolidate, and simplify manual processes.
  • Recommending solutions across towers and articulating design considerations, security requirements, transaction flows, and benefit roadmaps.
  • Mapping Demand Stories/User Stories and Idea Canvas into feature solutions within High-Level Designs.
  • Creating Project Cost Estimates and High-Level Project Timelines based on provided High-Level Designs.
  • Participating in IATF Tower cadences, providing solution architecture inputs, and guiding Solution Designers and Developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. They should have at least 7+ years of experience in IT/Telecom, with at least 3–5 years in a Solutions Architect, Systems Design, or equivalent role.

They should have a strong background in creating High-Level Designs (HLD), High-Level Architecture (HLA), and reviewing/validating Low-Level Designs (LLD). Hands-on experience in automation platforms, OSS/BSS systems, and network solutions is required. Proven track record in cost estimation, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and roadmap creation is necessary.
