Insurance Program Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will work closely with account executives to understand client requirements and objectives, effectively developing tailored insurance solutions.

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging technical expertise to develop effective insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop bespoke insurance programs tailored to meet client-specific needs by leveraging industry knowledge and negotiation skills.
  • Negotiate terms and coverage options with insurers to secure the most favorable programs for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local insurance markets and carriers through engagements such as roadshows and industry events.
  • Provide strategic, data-driven advice on optimal coverage solutions to clients and account executives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business and financial industries; preferably background in non-life insurance sales, underwriting, or brokerage.
  • Strong network and comprehensive understanding of local and global corporate and economic dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
