Job Overview

The Enterprise Solutions Architect Head plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements. This involves ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and deliverability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participates in proposal generation; reviews of requirements, designing application features and architecture, and developing estimates.
  • Translates user requirements into high-level application designs, coordinating specifications with project stakeholders.
  • Provides technical solutions for projects such as Application Architecture, Database Architecture, Infrastructure, and Integration.
  • Architects end-to-end solutions with detailed designs encompassing system components, interfaces, and integrations.
  • Designs system components and implements integration strategies for connecting disparate systems and applications.
  • Applies standard data modeling and design techniques, developing physical design elements and maintaining data storage and access mechanisms.
  • Creates and maintains technical documentation, architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation guidelines.
  • Conducts architecture reviews to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to approved technical solutions.
  • Reviews code, designs, and technical deliverables for alignment with architectural principles and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, providing technical solutions such as system architecture, infrastructure design, and database structure.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software engineer roles such as web and mobile application development.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the following:
  • OOP and software design principles.
  • Software development languages such as Java, Python, .Net.
  • Infra as a Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Web service integration protocols and standards.
  • Integration protocols and standards.
  • Public APIs and others.
  • Version control tools (e.g., SVN, Git).
  • Debugging and optimization skills.
  • Collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Asana).
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates presentation skills with a high degree of comfort for diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem resolution, judgment, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and guide new team members.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
