This role requires hands-on experience in building business applications, automating workflows, and integrating M365 services to enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization.

Scope of Work:

  1. Application Development:

o Design and build custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).

o Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.

o Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization and insights.

  1. SharePoint & Teams Integration:

o Customize and extend SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and web parts.

o Integrate M365 solutions with Microsoft Teams for enhanced collaboration.

  1. Solution Architecture & Design:

o Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.

o Ensure scalability, security, and performance of M365 applications.

  1. Maintenance & Support:

o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed applications.

o Perform updates, enhancements, and bug fixes as needed.

  1. Documentation & Training:

o Document technical specifications, user guides, and support materials.

o Assist in training end-users and stakeholders on new applications and features.

Educational Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree in:

o Information Technology

o Computer Science

o Software Engineering

o Or a related field


• Preferred: Coursework or certifications in cloud computing, business applications, or data analytics

Recommended Certifications:


• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate


• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate


• Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer or Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer


• Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate


• PL-100 / PL-200 / PL-400 – Power Platform certification tracks


• AZ-900 – Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (for cloud context)

Key Skills:


• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI


• Experience with SharePoint Online customization and development


• Familiarity with Dataverse, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Logic Apps


• Strong understanding of JSON, REST APIs, and JavaScript/TypeScript


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple development tasks


• Excellent communication and documentation skills
