Job Title: Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive business development associate to manage lead generation, customer support, and general administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a business development associate responsible for handling customer inquiries, engaging with potential leads, and performing essential administrative duties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing database records, processing orders, and providing technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses via email, phone, or live chat
  • Generate new leads through outreach efforts and follow up with potential clients
  • Process orders, handle billing, and provide technical support to clients
  • Update database records, maintain accurate financial records, and perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs & Sheets) and other software applications
  • Experience in customer support and sales administration
  • Familiarity with Stripe and Bank payment processing systems
