Business Development Associate – Healthcare

The Specialists Surgery and Cancer Center

Do you have experience in healthcare business development and a passion for connecting with people? The Specialists Surgery and Cancer Center is looking for a Business Development Associate to help promote our specialized surgery and cancer care services while generating new leads and building lasting partnerships.

In this role, you will reach out to patients, doctors, referral partners, and corporate accounts, ensuring that our services are well-represented in the community. You will also support lead generation activities through events, patient inquiries, and professional outreach, playing a vital part in expanding access to quality healthcare.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Nursing, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, healthcare sales, or client relations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-driven, patient-focused, and professional in handling inquiries
  • Willing to engage in lead generation, fieldwork, and community events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
