Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Outbound Sales Representative to provide support in various sales-related activities. This role involves making outbound calls to potential candidates and clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling follow-up calls or interactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle rejection professionally. They will also possess a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining sales databases and CRM systems, as well as researching and gathering data to support sales efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
  • Previous experience in the recruiting, real estate, engineering, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software or call-tracking tools.
  • Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).

The working hours are from Monday to Friday, with a regular schedule of 9:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Manila Time during daylight saving time.
