About the role

Become a Sales Representative with MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC' and play a crucial role in our company's growth. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales in the Metro Manila area. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  2. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
  4. Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients
  5. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  6. Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy
  7. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sales representative or consultant role
  2. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
