Job Overview

This position involves working as an Outbound Lead Specialist in Real Estate Wholesaling, where you will be responsible for conducting on-the-ground research and canvassing to identify potential properties and opportunities.

You will utilize the Driving 4 Dollars platform to spot properties that may be suitable for acquisition, investment, or client interest and leverage BatchLeads software to streamline the lead generation process.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive real estate experience, property evaluation skills, and proficiency in using lead generation tools such as BatchLeads.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-the-ground research and canvassing in designated neighborhoods to identify potential properties and opportunities
  • Utilize the Driving 4 Dollars platform to spot properties that may be suitable for acquisition, investment, or client interest
  • Leverage BatchLeads software to analyze and evaluate the potential of each lead based on criteria such as property condition, ownership status, foreclosures, etc
  • Make outbound calls to potential leads when further information or clarification is needed
  • Engage with potential sellers to gather necessary details and verify lead information
  • Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria and company standards
  • Prioritize leads that demonstrate high potential for conversion and alignment with business objectives
  • Maintain a database of qualified leads and ensure all relevant details are recorded and easily accessible
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies, challenges, and improvements
  • Provide feedback on tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $11,200 per year ($920 per month) and provides an opportunity to grow professionally and personally in a dynamic and supportive environment.
