Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team at AG Assists. This individual will provide exceptional support in the coordination of real estate transactions, ensuring seamless communication with clients, agents, and vendors.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions, including document preparation, scheduling inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of real estate contracts, industry terminology, and market trends.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to offer informed guidance to clients.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules with precision.
  • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a real estate virtual assistant, fulfillment specialist agent, or related role is preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software/tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
