About Our Client

Our client is a reputable real estate wholesaling company that specializes in quick and hassle-free property sales. They offer personalized cash offers to homeowners in various situations, helping them achieve their goals efficiently and with integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-the-ground research and canvassing in designated neighborhoods to identify potential properties and opportunities.
  • Utilize the Driving 4 Dollars platform to spot properties that may be suitable for acquisition, investment, or client interest.
  • Leverage BathLeads software to streamline the lead generation process.
  • Analyze and evaluate the potential of each lead based on criteria such as property condition, ownership status, foreclosures, etc.
  • Maintain a database of qualified leads and ensure all relevant details are recorded and easily accessible.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Extensive real estate experience and property evaluation skills.
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools such as BatchLeads.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Fluency in English (cold calling experience highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
