Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Real Estate Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Client Assistance and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Management and Troubleshooting: Help clients with account setup, subscription management, and required configurations to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Process and Improve Client Experience: Ensure clients receive necessary resources, from setting up accounts to guiding them through new features, to enhance their overall experience.
  • Scheduling and Administrative Support: Assist clients with scheduling sessions, managing bookings, and handling cancellation schedules with precision and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with product updates, company policies, and support best practices to provide expert-level support.


Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Prior Experience: Preferably have prior experience in customer service, technical support, or virtual assistance.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Have knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and industry terminology to provide informed support.
  • Software Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software/tools to efficiently manage tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
  • Professionalism: Exhibit patience and professionalism when interacting with challenging customers or situations.


Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
