Job Overview
A Real Estate Support Specialist is needed to join our team at AG Assists. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with clients, provide exceptional support, and stay up-to-date on industry developments.

About the Role
This role involves serving as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via email and chat, and assisting with account setup and subscription management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling sessions, managing bookings, and handling cancellation schedules. Additionally, they will be required to stay current with product updates, company policies, and support best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Assistance and Communication: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
• Account Management and Troubleshooting: Assist clients with account setup, subscription management, and troubleshooting.
• Process and Improve Client Experience: Ensure clients receive the resources they need, from setting up accounts to guiding them through new features.
• Scheduling and Administrative Support: Assist clients with scheduling sessions, manage bookings, and handle cancellation schedules.
• Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with product updates, company policies, and support best practices.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or virtual assistance is preferred.
• Previous experience as a real estate virtual assistant, fulfillment specialist agent, or related role is preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and industry terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software/tools.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
• Patience and professionalism when interacting with challenging customers or situations.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum.
