Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate? We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team at Wingman Outsourcing.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the sales team in their daily operations. As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, prospecting support, client relationship management, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and develop prospecting strategies. Create CMA reports, utilize various channels to generate leads, and maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including drafting contracts, preparing listing presentations, and managing paperwork. Coordinate scheduling for property showings, inspections, and client meetings. Assist with marketing efforts, such as creating property listings, updating the company website, and managing social media accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the buying and selling process. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing regular updates on their transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support their goals and objectives, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales administration, prospecting, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of the Australian, New Zealand, United States, or United Kingdom real estate market and industry regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
