As a Business Growth Specialist, you will drive growth across our top of funnel marketing function. You will serve as the first point of contact for those interested in joining our program.
Your responsibilities include:
- Serving as the initial point of contact for patients referred or visiting our website.
- Handling questions and feedback from all consumers interested in enrolling.
- Converting patients into our program through smooth enrollment processes.
- Navigating financial and subscription plan conversations with patients.
- Ensuring patient enrollment processes scale smoothly.
- Insurance enrollment and credentialing management.
- Providing inbound non-clinical support and enrollment inquiries.
- Collaborating with clinical staff and referring physician offices to improve operational efficiency.
- Leveraging technology & internal teams to answer patient questions accurately and resolve challenges thoroughly.
- Working closely with our product and marketing team to define workflow priorities and determine impactful product changes.
We seek someone with 2+ years of experience in inside sales B2C roles, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently in fast-paced environments, highly collaborative, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, can track and report key metrics, and experience working remotely.

Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Sales, Healthcare)
- Proven experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under minimal supervision
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
