In this role, you will play a critical part in daily operations, providing administrative support to teams, managing patient communications, and ensuring efficient workflow.

Patient Coordination:

  • Schedule and confirm virtual appointments.
  • Manage patient records and coordinate follow-up communications.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks.
  • Manage call and email communications.

Customer Service:

  • Provide customer service to patients via phone, email, and chat.

Medical Records Management:

  • Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with providers, technical support, and other team members.

Technical Support:

  • Assist patients and staff with basic troubleshooting.

What We Look For:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Office Suite and telehealth platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Confidentiality: Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
