In this role, you will play a critical part in daily operations, providing administrative support to teams, managing patient communications, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Patient Coordination:
- Schedule and confirm virtual appointments.
- Manage patient records and coordinate follow-up communications.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage call and email communications.
Customer Service:
- Provide customer service to patients via phone, email, and chat.
Medical Records Management:
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with providers, technical support, and other team members.
Technical Support:
- Assist patients and staff with basic troubleshooting.
What We Look For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Office Suite and telehealth platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Confidentiality: Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
