Compensation and Benefits Leader Role

Develop a comprehensive compensation strategy to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

  • Design, implement, and manage salary scales, incentive structures, and performance-based bonuses to drive business growth.
  • Oversee benefits enrollment, renewals, and eligibility tracking for health, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and other programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including FLSA, ACA, ERISA, and wage transparency requirements.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and salary benchmarking to inform pay structure decisions and maintain equitable compensation practices.
  • Maintain updated position salary bands and coordinate compensation adjustments for new hires, promotions, or policy changes.
  • Develop and execute employee communications and engagement strategies related to benefit programs.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure accurate pay setup and deductions.
  • Manage payroll preparation, ensuring timely submission to senior leadership for review.
  • Resolve escalated employee concerns related to payroll discrepancies or benefit enrollment.
  • Serve as primary liaison for benefits brokers, insurance carriers, and plan administrators.
  • Analyze usage trends and recommend cost-effective benefit design improvements.
