As our Patient Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as the first point of contact for patients interested in enrolling in our program.
- Handling questioning and feedback from consumers in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Converting patients by enrolling them in our program, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Navigating financial and subscription plan conversations with patients, providing clarity on our offerings.
- Ensuring a smooth and scalable patient enrollment process that meets our high standards.
- Insurance enrollment and credentialing.
- Handling inbound non-clinical support and enrollment inquiries, responding promptly to patient needs.
- Working closely with our clinical staff and referring physician offices to improve operational processes.
- Leveraging technology & internal teams to answer patient questions accurately and resolve challenges thoroughly.
- Collaborating with our product and marketing team to define clinical workflow priorities and determine high-impact product changes.
- Executing other strategically important projects to ensure we delight our patients and customers.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 2+ years of experience in inside sales B2C roles, strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills. Nice-to-have qualifications include health-tech experience, medical office administration expertise, remote work experience, and proficiency in using technology tools such as GSuite, ZenDesk, and Slack.
