Job Title

A Digital Marketing Specialist is a creative professional responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including targeting and generating leads, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies.

">Responsibilities
  • Develop online marketing content, such as blogs, press releases, e-books, whitepapers, website content, etc
  • Create, manage and head company social efforts under different platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other necessary platforms
  • Develop and maintain company's newsletter campaigns
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, such as email, PPC, retargeting, direct mail, etc
  • Monitor and analyze job-related KPIs (key performance indicators), create weekly and monthly reports, and suggest action plans to improve KPIs
  • Meet with clients and report marketing performance, discuss issues, and create solutions to alleviate problems
  • Complete drafts and/or finished projects within schedule
  • Develop content for marketing collaterals, such as brochures, proposals, quotes, presentations, and all company collaterals deemed necessary
  • Collaborate in the creation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and providing insights
  • Understand companies' voice and branding and embody it across all efforts
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
  • Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
  • Must be able to work from 8am to 5pm EST
  • Creative and innovative
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, always growing/professional/competitive environment
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
