Job Title:

Lead Student Enrolment Strategist

Join our team of professionals in a dynamic and challenging role as Lead Student Enrolment Strategist. As part of our international student recruitment efforts, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to meet or exceed enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive student enrolment initiatives and meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including students, staff, industry partners, and the local community to provide outstanding service and ensure industry-leading response times.
  • Maintain and expand the market, ensuring alignment with overall load targets, and support market analysis, strategic planning, and relationship management under the broader guidance of the Regional Director.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in international student recruitment, preferably within Southeast Asia region.
  • Strong knowledge of the education market and key stakeholder networks, including agents, schools, Government organizations and community groups.
  • Understanding of Australian secondary and tertiary education systems and the immigration system and student visa processes relevant to international student recruitment.
  • Strong analytical skills, including market analysis, reporting, and using data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Certified language skills in English.
