Job Position

The Senior Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of IT support and ensuring smooth operations of the IT infrastructure.

  • This role requires a versatile individual capable of independently addressing technical challenges, maintaining systems, and supporting end-users with minimal supervision.
  • The successful candidate will oversee all support functions, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system administration.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications (preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in IT support or a related role, with the ability to manage IT operations independently.
