We are looking for a skilled IT Service Desk Shift Lead to join our team at H2 Software Consulting Services Inc. As a leader, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the IT Service Desk team in achieving our goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and support the IT Service Desk team in delivering timely, effective solutions.
  2. Monitor ticket queues, assign tasks, and ensure SLAs are met.
  3. Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
  4. Analyze metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements in processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role within an IT Service Desk environment, or at least 2-3 years of experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
