**Lead Generation Specialist Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Lead Generation Specialist.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication
- Acquire potential sales leads from various channels, including social media, client referrals, events, and online platforms
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to nurture leads and include them in targeted campaigns
- Develop and maintain a sales prospecting database or CRM, ensuring accurate details
- Follow up with leads through email, SMS, and phone calls
- Research market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices
- Establish criteria for qualifying leads and monitor conversion rates
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1-year of experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in lead generation software and online marketing channels
- Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
