We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
The RoleThe Business Development Specialist plays a critical role in creating and developing new business opportunities by establishing relationships with potential clients and initiating conversations to identify their needs and qualify their interests.
Responsibilities- Qualify leads, set meetings, and schedule appointments between prospective customers and sales representatives.
- Research, identify, and create new market opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts.
- Perform high-volume outreach, maintaining a high level of productivity through frequent calls and emails to prospective clients.
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
- Support Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts.
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
- Maintain high professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients.
- Track activity and progress through Salesforce (or your CRM).
- Experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold calling in a B2B setup.
- Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening and a positive phone presence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic in approach.
