We are currently seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to take on the role of Business Development Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound calls to targeted businesses, generate interest, qualify prospects, and book qualified discovery/demo calls with our founder.

You will be responsible for making pure outbound calls to targeted prospects from a provided lead list, using provided templates and training materials to introduce our value proposition.

Qualifying prospects against our Good Fit Customer Profile (training provided) is also a key aspect of this role.

You will need to book qualified discovery/demo calls into the founder's calendar and record activities, notes, and outcomes in CRM software.

Following up on no-shows and rebooking where possible is also an essential part of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making pure outbound calls to targeted prospects
  • Introducing our value proposition using provided templates
  • Qualifying prospects against our Good Fit Customer Profile
  • Booking qualified discovery/demo calls
  • Recording activities, notes, and outcomes in CRM software
  • FOLLOWING UP ON NO-SHOWS AND REBOOKING WHERE POSSIBLE
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of pure outbound sales experience
  • Proven track record with measurable KPIs, including daily calls, meetings booked, quota achievement, target ICP, and show/close rates where applicable
  • Strong track record in cold calling and prospecting
  • Experience with SMB-focused sales in Western markets
  • Familiarity with sales tools: CRM software, VoIP phone systems, productivity apps
