Business Development Associate - Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Development Associate to join our organization, focusing on building meaningful connections with potential clients and scheduling appointments between qualified leads and the sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with potential clients through professional phone calls and presentations.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure they meet our business requirements.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales team, ensuring timely follow-up and efficient use of time.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and call outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary prospect information and support their efforts.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights for business growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Associate or in a similar role with a strong focus on phone-based sales and customer engagement.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone demeanor.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools for call management and lead tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of calls effectively, meeting productivity targets.
  • Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to achieve business objectives.
  • Capacity to articulate technical concepts and value propositions clearly over the phone, demonstrating expertise and confidence.
  • Understanding of the advertising, marketing, and/or CX industries is an asset.
