Job Title: Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to support the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investor relations, business development, or financial services and be proficient in using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools.

This role will involve researching and building prospect lists of potential investors, LPs, and partners, executing outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and direct calls, qualifying leads and nurturing them until ready for executive engagement, coordinating with leadership to book meetings and track pipeline progress, maintaining accurate records in CRM and investor databases, and assisting with prospecting efforts for investor briefings, roadshows, and webinars.
