Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will be the primary point of contact for learners, clients, and trainers.

  • You will serve as the face of our organization via live chat, email, text, and phone—responding promptly and empathetically to inquiries, feedback, and technical questions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service or product issues by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases, while proactively engaging new and prospective learners to drive activation and utilization across multiple communication channels.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Triage inbound inquiries from our concierge line and coordinate expectations for session requests.
  • Collect and report learner insights to help shape product enhancements.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with learners and trainers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in customer success, client services, or another learner-facing support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable.
