Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to provide exceptional customer support to our clients' customers.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction on both Amazon Seller Central and the client's website.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat on Amazon Seller Central and the client's website.
  2. Providing accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
  3. Assisting customers with navigating the client's website, placing orders, and resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
  4. Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  5. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  6. Monitoring customer feedback and identifying recurring issues to proactively address them.
  7. Updating customer records and communicating feedback or trends to the appropriate departments within the company.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with customer service tools such as E-desk or similar platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
  • A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using email, chat, and other communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
  • Must be available to engage through WhatsApp chat.
  • Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM).
