Customer Support Specialist for Cryptocurrency

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch support for our cryptocurrency clients.
In this role, you will work closely with customers via chats and emails, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices in customer happiness.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Native English language skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is highly desirable
- Experience providing support via live chats
- Experience with CRM systems
- Analytical and research skills
- A positive and responsible attitude
A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) are required.
