We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge Smart Grid solutions and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role- This position is responsible for resolving customer support tickets in a timely manner and ensuring seamless communication.
- The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting technical issues, including SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.
- Collaboration with utility clients to deliver optimal outcomes is also a key aspect of this role.
- 4+ years of experience in SQL, production environments, and client support.
- Proficiency in Linux OS support and network administration is essential.
- Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) is also required.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Knowledge of cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery, or Salesforce admin would be beneficial.
- Experience in the utility industry or Smart Grid sector is also desirable.
- A background in ITIL/ITSM would be advantageous.
