
Customer Success Technical Support Specialist

This is a senior-level position responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing proactive and responsive support, solutions, and guidance to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, with experience in training, mentoring, or leading team members. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex topics and adapt communication styles to diverse audiences.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, offering tailored guidance, and troubleshooting issues while continuously developing knowledge and skills to enhance the overall client journey.
The role focuses on ensuring customers achieve success with our SaaS product by providing timely resolution of concerns, identifying and escalating complex issues, and gathering customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve customer knowledge and adoption of our SaaS product.
- Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members for timely resolution.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product development.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in training, mentoring, or leading team members.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
