We are seeking a professional to join our customer support team. As a customer support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing fast, accurate, and expert assistance via chat, email, or phone.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
- Utilize software tools like Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide timely support.
- Stay informed on product updates and best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once.
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
