Customer Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated customer support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer accounts, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial. Additionally, you should be tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and instant messages effectively.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update customer accounts accordingly.
  • Fulfill ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a customer support specialist.
  • Excellent English language proficiency (at least B2 level).
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of current technologies.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen sense of self-motivation.
