Compensation Specialist | Exciting Opportunity
Job DescriptionAs a Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for administering compensation programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales participant attainment. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and close tickets submitted through the helpdesk.
You will also perform participant audits in Callidus to ensure participant data matches Workday accurately. Additionally, you will participate in UAT during the year to ensure systems are configured based on sales credit rules.
Furthermore, you will calculate attainment at the end of every quarter and submit it to payroll. You will troubleshoot, escalate and respond to support requests in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience in sales compensation administration, with hands-on experience on comp tools (Anaplan, Callidus/SAP, OIC, Xactly, Salesforce)
- Experience creating SQL scripts to extract quantitative data
- Experience with CRM tools and case management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- HMO from Day 1, plus HMO coverage for dependents

- Open to work in 24/7 shifts and on-call rotation
