Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager
">This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in the design and effective implementation of compensation, wellness, productivity incentives, HR digitalization initiatives, and labor relations programs.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals.">
- Craft wellness initiatives that promote employee health and productivity in partnership with Employee Relations.">
- Benchmark and analyze market trends to ensure competitive positioning.">
- Design, collaborate, and administer incentive programs that drive performance and align with company objectives.">
- Lead cross-functional HR digitalization and cost management projects with a focus on change management and stakeholder engagement.">
- Oversee Human Capital Management system and related technologies as well as lead digitalization efforts.">
- Develop communication strategies to support the rollout of rewards programs and policy changes.">
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.">
- Develop comprehensive design proposals for collective bargaining agreement (CBA) package, including key terms, benefit structures, compensation frameworks, and labor condition provisions that align with organizational goals and labor regulations.">
- Serve as a key HR representative in labor union negotiations and collective bargaining agreement (CBA) management.">
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and Company policies.">
- Provide strategic input on labor issues related to Total Rewards and dispute resolution.">
- Apply knowledge of manufacturing and agricultural sector dynamics to tailor rewards strategies.">
- Partner with factory and support function leadership to address workforce needs and operational challenges.">
Qualifications:
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.">
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Total Rewards or related HR functions.">
- Rewards and wellness program design and implementation.">
- Incentives design and management.">
- Labor union exposure and CBA package design and negotiations.">
- Project management and Change Communication.">
- Working in manufacturing or agricultural environments.">
- Experience in SAP or other HCM-related systems.">
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.">
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive strategic initiatives.">
- Amenable to travel across manufacturing plants in Negros Island, Panay, Cagayan, and Batangas Provinces at least once a month.">
