
Compensation and Benefits Professional

We are seeking an experienced compensation and benefits professional to join our Total Rewards Center of Excellence team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits policies and programs for the APAC region.
- Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs for the APAC region.
- Participate in compensation/benefit surveys, analyze company's competitive position, maintain salary structures, perform compensation analysis for new hires and existing employees.
- Provide data gathering, analysis, reporting, and auditing support for various Total Rewards projects.
- Participate in compensation reviews by gathering and analyzing data, and offering counsel to local HR teams. Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, market competitiveness, and internal equity, and recommend alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
- Keep track and analyze usage and cost of various benefits and recognition programs.
- Support annual compensation planning process for merit increases, promotions, and bonus payouts.
- Stay abreast of legislation changes that could impact total reward policies and programs.
- Document internal processes and procedures to support consistency, process improvement, and simplicity.
- Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of work produced by the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- CCP or GRP certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years' relevant Total Rewards experience in a multi-national organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, attention to detail, results-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- MS Office proficiency and advanced Excel skills required.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters and situations.
