We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to work on mid-shifts.
This role is perfect for someone who can provide exceptional customer service skills and support customers with any enquiries, process all sales orders, quotations/customer queries in accordance with the agreed SLAs.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, including processing to free up their load.
Responsibilities- Process and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as raising orders, creating quotes/price lists, pulling reports, meeting follow-up etc.
- Keep customers informed about their orders.
- Be willing and flexible to complete any task that comes; improving a customers' experience or freeing up other colleagues' time.
